Amy Winehouse Waxwork Unveiled In Madame TussaudsAmy Winehouse is the latest celebrity to be immortalised in wax at Madame Tussauds in London. While she wasn’t present to see herself uncovered in public for the first time, her parents Mitch and Janis were.

They were so taken with the model, they expressed an interest in taking it home to replace the real Amy, beset by drink, drugs, relationship, and health problems in recent months.

The model is an incredible likeness, and it was all done without Winehouse modelling live for the recreation even once. Instead, the artists worked from pictures of her, complete with heavy make-up, and beehive hairdo. Let’s be honest, the modellers would have had a wealth of photos to work from, as not a day goes by when Amy isn’t in the newspapers.

However, from the pictures of the waxwork in The Mirror, there seems to be a distinct lack of scabs, scars, spots, and blemishes… and there’s not a trace of white stuff coming from her nose.

Keith Richards Loves Amy Winehouse - Warns Her Off Drugs, & He Should Know

If you’re Amy Winehouse, and are seeing your career suffer (in some ways, and improve in others) thanks to being addicted to drink and drugs, and that rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle, who would be the best person to advise you? Someone who’d been there, and done that of course.

Step forward Keith Richards, the Rolling Stone with the worst reputation for being a big party animal.

64 year old Keith Richards, so he’s eligible for a free bus pass, gave an interview to the Mail On Sunday in which they asked him about which current musicians he rates.

He replied:

“There’s only one person, that girl Amy. Mind you, that girl isn’t going to be around long unless she sorts herself out pretty quick. Amy’s got to get smart.”

“I’m not a preacher. But I’ve been there and you have to pass it on.”
